The bill requires CDPHE to provide annual training about food waste prevention and reduction strategies and develop a food waste reduction guide. It also encourages grocery stores to use "best if used or frozen by" dates rather than "sell by" dates upon prepared items of food to avoid unnecessary waste.

HB25-1200: Modifications to Office of Child Protection Ombudsman
The bill reorganizes and updates laws pertaining to the duties of the office of the child protection ombudsman and the child protection ombudsman (responsible for researching, investigating and resolving child protection concerns/issues).
HB25-1059: Food Waste Reduction in Public Schools
The bill encourages each school district or school to adopt a policy to reduce food waste in school cafeterias.
HB25-1179: Auto Insurance Coverage Child Restraint System
The bill requires an insurer that issues or renews an automobile insurance policy to include in the applicable coverage the replacement cost of a car seat that is in a car at the time of an accident.

SB25-152: Health-Care Practitioner Identification Requirements
The bill requires health-care practitioners to identify what kind of practitioner they are (doctor, nurse, P.A., etc) both on their name tag and verbally to a patient when practicing in non-emergency situations.
SB25-192: Sunset Community Health Service Agency
The bill implements the recommendations in the 2024 sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies by continuing the regulation of agencies to 2034, adding clarification, and updating language to be gender neutral.
SB25-282: Protections for Veterans Seeking Benefits
protects veterans from unaccredited consultants who charge money to help navigate the process of applying for benefits to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Regulates this industry using the same framework for companies who help applicants for Social Security benefits.
SB25-166: Health-Care Workplace Violence Incentive Payments
Incentivizes hospitals to address workplace violence against healthcare workers by including workplace violence as a metric in determining quality incentive payments made to hospitals.
SB25-149: Local Government Duties Equestrian Protections
Establishes guidelines for local government to include the horse community in development and planning.
SB25-297: Implementation of Colorado Natural Medicine Initiative
Uses grant funds to collect data on natural medicine use and outcomes in hospitals, police stations and healing centers. Also grants the governor the power to pardon people with a possession charge.
